Although Carnival is the peak of fun every street or square of Patras, a number of bars, club and music scenes create the vibrant nightlife of the city, any time of year.
- Ayíou Nikoláou Street
One of the busiest and most popular hangouts in town. The perfect place to enjoy a drink or meal in a charming street, adorned with stunning neoclassical.
- Radinoú Street
It’s just a small cobbled street; so small that you could pass it without noticing it! But make sure upon entering it, you’ll come across fun-loving people turning this tiny little place into one of the hottest spots of the city.
- Gherokostopoúlou Street
It’s the flight of steps that leads to the ancient theatre and the well-known Old Upper Town. Go up it and enjoy yourself in bars and restaurants offering a wonderful panorama.
- On the Seaside
Stroll around the industrial buildings and warehouses by the sea as the lights of the boats and yachts illuminate your way. In this exciting scenery you’ll definitely find a bar that will stimulate your senses.
In the summer, the nightlife goes on the crest of the wave! Two of its favourite spots are Rio and Vrahnéika. Proud for its huge bridge and at just 9km for the city, Rio is an attractive place for a night by a famous landmark. For fish food and fresh cocktails between neoclassical mansions and the sea, opt for Vrahnéika, at only 12km from Patra.
